Descripción

Located in Menorca, this classic 19th-century house built from Marés stone was found by Benito Escat and Pol Castells in a state of ruin — overgrown with vegetation, as if reclaimed by a jungle. Two years of intensive restoration work were needed to revive its hand-painted frescoes and hydraulic tiled floors. Now known as Casa Jumanji, the house fuses the family's personal Germanic-Egyptian heritage through an African art collection with Bauhaus pieces sourced by Quintana Partners. A duality — wild and refined, historic and personal.
