Descripción

Located in Menorca, this classic 19th century house built with Marés stone, is today known as the Casa Jumanji. Benito Escat and Pol Cases found this building, in a crumbling state, dressed in greenery, as if entering a jungle, reflecting its abandonment for decades.
Two years of intensive work were needed to bring back the brightness of the handmade frescoes and the hydraulic tiles with their spirit of restoration.
From the wildness of the Jungle to an aesthetically curated home. Casa Jumanji maintains its raw essence by perfectly blending the family’s German-Egyptian heritage through their personal African art collection with Bauhaus elements sourced by Quintana Partners. It unites design pieces, works of art and vintage furniture with just the right touch of timeless elegance.
Casa Jumanji is a duality.
