It was one of Quintana Partners' initiation projects carried out together with Benito Escat Sr., also interior designer, and the starting point for many of its later strategies. The studio alone was in charge of refurbishing this late 19th century mansion in the center of Mahón, trying to preserve all the period elements such as the spectacular staircase.
